Description

The present study takes a meta-synthetic approach to identifying and presenting components of university organizational culture by logically consolidating, collating, and organizing studies conducted in this area. The research method is based on a meta-synthesizing of internal and external articles of the last 10 years (i.e. 2010 to 2020). The research findings were analyzed in three sections: assumptions, values and artifacts. The results of 74 articles based on 88 components showed priority and importance, respectively: in constructing assumptions: value foundations of organization and physical-mental well-being in the epistemological component; Organizational identity and organizational experiences are important in the identification component.
